How much does Exchange Rate Management cost?

There are two plans. Free costs nothing and has no time limit, but is restricted to currency pairs where one side is USD or EUR. Pro is US$9.99 per month, or US$99.99 per year if you pay annually, and unlocks all 153 currencies.

Is the free plan really free forever?

Yes. It is not a trial. If USD and EUR pairs cover what you display, you can run boards and website widgets on the free plan indefinitely without entering a card.

Do I pay per screen or per branch?

Accepted Answer

No. One account drives any number of screens in any number of branches, on both plans. The price is for the account, not the display — which is the main difference from LED hardware, where every extra screen is another purchase.

What exactly does Pro unlock?

Currencies. Every other feature — the website widget, the hosted TV board, buy and sell columns, near-instant updates, offline resilience, multi-screen splitting — is on both plans. Pro exists for bureaus that trade pairs outside USD and EUR, which is most of them.

Can I cancel at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from the billing portal in your dashboard, in a couple of clicks. Your Pro features run to the end of the period you already paid for, then the account returns to the free plan. Nothing is deleted — your rates and API keys stay exactly as they are.

Is the yearly plan better value?

Accepted Answer

US$99.99 per year works out at about US$8.33 per month, so annual saves roughly two months against paying monthly. Both plans unlock exactly the same features.

Do I need to buy any hardware?

Accepted Answer

No. The board runs in a browser, so any TV with a built-in browser works, and so does any computer, laptop, or HDMI stick already plugged into a screen. There is no proprietary media player and no installation.

How do I pay, and is it secure?

Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout and are never stored on our servers.
